Alec Sousa is an award-winning author, journalist, and presenter. His debut novel, Whiskey Tango, landed on Amazon's Top 100 Heist Novels and won the Silver Palette from the League of Utah Writers.

A graduate of Utah Valley University’s journalism program, Alec has written for publications around the world, reporting on pop culture and entertainment.

Drawing from pulpy paperbacks and gritty thrillers, he counts Donald E. Westlake, George V. Higgins, Sam Peckinpah, and John Carpenter among his greatest influences.

He currently resides in Utah with his wife, two kids, and their cats. He’s a member of the League of Utah Writers and the Alliance of Independent Authors.
